*Can we remove the engagement session or trade it for credit?
The engagement session is completely complimentary so removing it will not alter the cost of the package. But I LOVE doing these engagement sessions with you because it gives us a chance to not only get to know one another and let you feel comfortable in front of the camera but also gives you tons more extra images for things like announcements, save-the-dates, and even a guest sign in book!
*What is a first look?
A first look is a soft moment between the two of you prior to the ceremony that we set up so you can see each other and have your bridal portraits taken without stress and as just the two of you. I work with you on creating this special moment and incorporating it into your timeline. Of course, if you’d rather have the surprise I totally respect that as well.
*Have you shot at our venue?
There are many venues here, and although I may have shot at your location before, I also may not have and that’s ok! I love doing a walkthrough of the venue prior to the big day because every wedding is different and it’s perfect for finding those beautiful portrait spots too! You’ll still receive the same amazing experience and images.
While I of course have a set list of locations I love around the area we can go to, I would love to hear locations that have special meaning to you whether it be a first date spot, where you first met, a hiking trail, or the local college campus. The most important thing is having the location at a place you love!
I also get asked what to wear for these, and my response will vary based off your style and personalities cause I want you both to feel and look AH-MAZE-ING! HAve fun with it! We can usually get in 1-2 outfits so you can go for a casual feel and mix it up and get fancy!
And I’m happy to help based off your style. Accessorizing and layers bring a whole lot of fun to the session too. I’m even happy to have your furbaby come along as well. But let’s go to your favorite little coffee shop, hike a back trail, or even head to Disneyland! I’m down!

Gallery Wrapped Canvases
The classic clean lines of your favorite portrait printed on archival stretched canvas ready to hang or be framed. Gorgeous as a stand alone large art piece.
Lagniappe is a Louisiana French word meaning “a little something extra” and that’s exactly what these beautiful canvas prints have! Printed on matte flat canvas, bordered with reclaimed wood and having accents of jute and copper it truly is it’s own art piece. And since the lagniappe is made with reclaimed wood each one will be unique.
Fine Art Museum Prints
Above & beyond your average print these stunning museum quality prints are printed with a paper company that has been around for over 400 years with 80-200 year ink all individually inspected, hand cut and finished with a protectant from UV rays, dirt, fingerprints, and moisture. They are truly a work of art with a portion of the proceeds from these going to water.org.
